Terms and conditions

1.0 General

Below you will find the terms and conditions applied for all online orders placed at the website www.fashiobyme.nl.

1.2. When the customer places an order online he/she automatically declares to agree with all terms and conditions listed in this page.

1.3. These terms and conditions are to be applied to all orders placed at this website (www.fashionbyme.nl) unless agreed otherwise on a written form by us. This written form should be through our e-mail with domain @fashionbyme.nl, our Instagram on private messages(@fashionbyme.nl) or through our Facebook @fashionbyme.shop on private messages. For other agreements to be bonded, it needs to mention the order number (s) in case.

2.0 Delivery

2.1. All orders will be taken care of and delivered to the customers as long as the stock last.

2.2. Most orders placed before 15:00 (03:00PM) on week days will be packed and shipped out at the same day with exception of orders placed on Mondays, holidays or if the shop announces on its social medias to be closed on weekdays for whatever reason.

2.3. Orders placed with payment method “direct bank transfer” will only be shipped out when the funds have been received by our accounts.

3.0 Payment terms

3.1. All orders will only be shipped out when the payment has been confirmed by any payment options offered by this website.

3.2. There is an additional fee for payment terms as PayPal, Credit Card and Klarna Pay Later. The reason of this fee is due to the high cost to offer this kind of payment term to the customers. For this reason we are forced to charge the customers with part of this cost as additional service fee.

4.0 Returns and exchanges

4.1. We offer our customers 14 days to decide either to keep their purchases or not. The goods should be returned at our address (Vriesestraat 15, 3311 NN  Dordrecht, Netherlands) within these 14 days. If this is not the case, we will refuse the returned orders.

4.2. All returns and exchanges are on the customers cost and risk.

4.3. We kindly request our customers to fill in our return/exchange requisition form in order to speed up the process.

4.4. Condition of items to be returned:

Of course it’s allowed to try the clothes on first. However they cannot  be washed or worn. It is also not allowed to take out tags and labels nor to violate sealed pockets.

List of exceptions: Swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, sales items, items that are purchased from an day deal or promotion code cannot be returned/exchanged at any moment and will be denied if returned.

If the returned items have been worn, washed or are from above listed exceptions, the return will be denied and the customer will be charged with the amount of  €5.95 for the shipment back to the customer. If the amount has not been received

4.5. Additional agreements

  • We may charge a fee for returned items with a strong odour of smoke and food.
  • Items should be send to us in good condition (original price tag attached).
  • Accessories, including belts and jewellery, cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges/returns are at the buyers cost and risk.
  • FashionByMe is not responsible for loss during shipping.
  • Any fines due insufficient postage will be charged to the customer.
  • The package has to be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • We do not refund shipping cost.
  • Our guaranty does not cover buttons, studs, stones and zippers.
  • If you have received products that are damaged or incomplete please inform us by e-mail within 24 hours after you have received your package.

5.0 Refund

5.1. Once the order has been returned to us our team will analyse the goods returned and if they fulfill to article 4.4 mentioned above, the order will be refunded to the customer by the same payment way used by the customer within 14 working days.

6.0 Privacy

6.1. In case you place an order at this website you will be added to our customer database for accounting purposes. Your information will then be saved for 7 years on sales records and 2 years on the website order history. You will not be added to any promotional database unless chosen so.

6.2. We will not share your data with anyone else then the companies listed below.

6.3. If you submit any online form at this website we will keep your information for the maximum period of 6 months. During this period we might contact you to discuss about the reason you have submitted an online form. Information filled in the form will not be shared with 3rd party.
